Mental Edge Apparel – Refund Policy

At Mental Edge Apparel, we want you to love your gear. If there’s an issue caused on our end, we’ll make it right—simple and stress-free.

We offer refunds or replacements for the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • Your item has a manufacturing defect

Important details:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and unwashed

  • Photo evidence may be required to process your request

How to request a refund or replacement:

Email support@mentaledgeapparel.com

with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

What we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Returns: in most cases, returns are not required.
    Once your claim is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be sent back.

All Mental Edge Apparel products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
